This stretch will allow you to begin bending your knee. You will use the strap to assist your muscles to bend your knee.

This exercise is to begin strengthening the large muscle on the front of your thigh- the quadriceps. The quadriceps muscles are important for walking without a limp, getting up from a chair, walking upstairs and curbs, and getting up from a squat or kneeling position.

Short Arc Quads

This is another exercise to strengthen the quadriceps muscle on the front of the thigh.
This muscle will help you straighten your leg, walk without a limp, get up from a chair, 
and climb stairs and curbs.

Straight Leg Raises
Straight Leg Raises

This exercise is a strengthening exercise. It will continue to strengthen the quadricep muscles on the front of your thigh, as well as the hip flexor which is the muscle on the front of your hip. These muscles are important for normal walking, getting in and out of cars and chairs, getting in and out of bed, and climbing stairs.

Gluteal Squeezes
Gluteal Squeezes

Gluteal squeezes are a strengthening exercise for your buttock muscles. Strong buttock muscles are important to help you walk properly, get up from a chair, walk upstairs and curbs, and squat.
